| Met Susie Q while having a drink in a popular spot in Winter Haven, she was the Bar Manager. I think it must have been love at first sight because everytime I saw her I had this funny feeling run up my leg (no not like the guy felt when he thought of Obama). Susie Q was always a lady, soft and comfortable, intelligent yet down to earth. Simply put 'you just wanted to hug and hold on to her' when you saw her. You ever had a person that just made you feel warm, not matter what situation you were in, when you think of them....that's my Susie Q. Sadly while going through life I took my feelings for her for granted and thought I would never lose her because of the bond we had. Wrong, I must have been dreaming, because the one woman (other than my Mother) that I trusted with my life married another man. So anyone that happens along that reads this in the forest should take heed and not take anything for granted when you meet that Special Someone, act promptly and don't let her get away. |
