| Everybody knows that frogs need ponds, but not everybody realizes just how much ponds need frogs! I provide a place for frogs to raise a family, but that family does the hard work of keeping algae blooms down. I'm a great place for frogs to find food, but in eating insects and mollusks, frogs are taking care of my plants. Many types of wildlife that contribute to my health are drawn to me by tasty-looking frogs, although I provide plenty of hiding places for my little green friends! Thanks for all you do, frog! You're a friend I couldn't do without! |
