| I met Juan when I was young and attending college. We were so perfect for each other. He happened to be from another state and was temporarily working in my town. We had a passionate romance and shared our lives together for several wonderful happy months. The time came when his job was finished and he had to move back to his home town. His responsibility to help his family (sister) was a priority so I reluctantly let him go with the hope that we would work out a way to be together again. We lost contact after changes of address and phones. I went on with my life as did he but I never forgot him and searched all the time to find him with no success. Then one day a man that looked very familiar to me sent me a message on a social media site. We reconnected because he was searching for me also. It is as if we never stopped talking. It is exactly the same as it was then except we have grown wiser and know what it means to have a person who is willing to love, respect, and sacrifice just as much as the other. I am truly blessed more then I could have ever hoped or imagined. |
