Well, I'm stupidly sentimental so I can't bear to chop it down just yet. Maybe in a few days or weeks I'll feel more normal and just get it over with, but for now it's just a dead tree. I doubt he'll even check this, or that anybody else will see this, but it's here anyway. I wonder if the other people who "grew trees" here left them up or just forgot about them when they broke up? Not like it matters, the point is that I just can't let go, for now anyway. I'll get over it eventually. Good job tree, you've lived for about two months, and you represent something that lived for two and a half. What a short life.
