Dear Lloyd,
I dedicate this special tree to you. We have been together for four months. But, four months does not determine how much I really love you. Ever since the day we first chatted with each other on Facebook/Friendster, I developed a liking for you. I think I was thirteen and you were twelve back then. I guess you could call it a puppy love, love at first chat or perhaps, a one-sided love. I thought our first conversation would be our last. Even though we were childhood playmates back then, it was the fact that we were already teenagers and we lived in two different countries (You in Italy and me in the U.S) that kept our distance. I did not feel the need to keep in touch with you throughout all those years because I was like,"What’s the point? We’ll never see each other again anyway." That was probably your reasoning too.
Who knew you would come back to our country in the Ph and study there this year and I would also come home for vacation? It’s crazy that our paths met. It’s even crazier that we became official. I will always cherish the memories that we had together during my vacation. I feel extremely lucky to call you mine. One day we’ll meet again. I love you so much.
