| Adam and I met the first night of my semester abroad at St.Andrews University in Scotland - his first night at university. We kissed the second night (after a series of adventures) but then I began to panic because I had been talking to a guy from my home university all summer and we were planning on dating when I returned. I fought against it for a long time but Adam persisted and slowly but surely I began to fall for this wonderful, sweet, sacrificing, caring man. I've been home for about a week now and while I miss him like no other, I love him so much and know that it's worth it. We are both willing to put in the time necessary to make this work. He's my Northern Irish leprechaun and I love him, plain and simple. |
